1500W Air-Cooled 3-in-1
Our Take: This is the workhorse of the industry. If you pick a good factory, you get 90% of IPG performance for 20% of the price. The Max laser source is now mature and reliable. Sup20s welding head is the same one used by many rebranded Western units.
KH-1500W Handheld
Our Take: Kaihuan is one of the larger laser equipment brands in China. They have tighter quality control than random Alibaba factories. If you want a branded experience at a lower price than IPG, this is a solid middle ground.
HS-2000W Water-Cooled
Our Take: If you run a factory and need a machine that can weld all day without overheating, the HiSpeed 2000W is built for that. The water cooling system keeps the laser source stable. Not for mobile work.
LightWELD XR 1500
Our Take: IPG is the gold standard. If you are a large corporation needing certified safety and local service, it is worth considering. For ROI-focused small shops, the premium is hard to justify when Chinese units deliver comparable weld quality.
